A Dorm Room at Voorhees Hall, Columbia University, New York, Sunday
Xanthippe was officially Stressed Out.
It was all over an essay, which wasn't even due until next Friday, but it was important and she had to get it perfect, because what if she didn't? What if she didn't, and she flunked out of the class, and she flunked right out of college, and her father would disown her and her mother would disown her and then she would have to move in with Kimmy and deal with that whole freak show and she would lose all status and purpose in life and probably, like, end up becoming BFFs with Kimmy's extra-weirdo landlady and getting matching tattoos in a crack den and --
Anyway, yeah, she was currently doing what any self-respecting college student would do in her situation: screaming into a pillow.
Thank Christ her roommates weren't home right now.
[ooc: NFB but open for texts/calls/surprise visits!]

That was more a sigh than a question, really.
One of her legs was shifting, to hook over his hip.

She nipped at his bottom lip.
"I like how you feel on top of me, too."

"You've said that before, too," she said. "But you haven't, like... tried it." She affected her voice with a mock-sage, mock-sincere tone, batting her eyelashes at him. "I mean, I think you should try things before you say you like them."

But an actual answer was more thrilling for every party involved. "Yes." And the thrill down her spine said it was the right answer. Her skin was turning into goosebumps under his fingers, and she nodded. "Yes. Oh, my God."

Except it did, because it was another case of being able to trust completely that when he'd do things like that, he'd have her pleasure in mind.
"And, you'd..." she trailed off for a second, worrying her bottom lip between her teeth. "You'd go deep, right?"

"... I do have a vibe," she admitted, the pause before it mostly just a side effect of another shiver. Also she was now hooking her other leg around his hip as well. Because, she just wanted to be tangled up. "But I'm starting to feel like I should've taken you with me to one of the stores."
He might actually have been able to get her in through the door, for one thing!

'Mmmmmh' wasn't really an answer, it was just her humming her appreciation. "I want that," she mumbled, not for the first time today. He had a knack for making her want things. "I would wanna give something to you. Or, or use something on you."

"Even if I, like, have no idea what most of it even really is?"

Oh, like she wasn't going to ask. Her brow furrowed, though, as her memory tried to dig things up.
"The three milli-- no, three thousand, what, joys?"

"There's no way three thousand things count as 'basic' anything."
Although that really served to explain, again, why he was so consistently disappointed in the quality of guys she met here.
