Outside Xan's Apartment Building, Manhattan, NY, Saturday
Xanthippe was having a panic attack.
Okay, no she wasn't. But it felt like the brink of one? Because she was on the sidewalk outside the building she lived in now, waiting for Hyacinthe, and up - way, way up - in her apartment she had stuff ready for his visit and a couple of gifts because maybe this'd be the last time before he finally went home, and what if he didn't like anything and what if she was a huge loser and what if --
Anyway. Outwardly, she was mostly cool? Just... standing there, beanie on her head and a coat on over her dress, fidgeting with her phone for lack of a better thing to do with her hands. She looked fine.
But she was going to internally flail herself to death if he didn't get here soon.
[ooc: NFB and for the one mentioned!]

You could tell she'd calmed down by how she managed to refer back to it without a whine or anything like it.

He straightened with one last kiss on the top of her head. "If you're having trouble believing in it, I'm happy to do it again." He canted his hips forward, letting her feel the last of his lingering reaction.

She also finally pulled back enough so that she could reach up and kiss him. They hadn't kissed for, like, minutes. She had to rectify that.

While grinding against her. Because, yes, he knew she liked the tangible proof of his desire.

That was what he got for his grinding. A very muffled but also very pleased noise, somewhere in the midst of that oh so proper kiss.
The hand creeping down from underneath his jacket and over his ass was absolutely necessary, too.

"Why are we not back in your apartment again?" Hyacinthe groaned in her ear. "Where I could have you naked and in my lap already?"

Though on the plus side, they'd pretty much only made it one block away from her building.

"Back home?" Hya asked, nipping at her neck, "or do we continue on?"
no subject
"Home," she sighed, because there was no other option. "We can get takeout." God, maybe the deli even delivered.

"The door is barely going to close before I push myself inside you," Hyacinthe warned.

"Unless you give me something else to enjoy instead," he said, voice deep in his chest.

She snickered as she took his hand and began pulling him back into the main street. "Guess you'll have to wait 'til home to find out."

"What about?" she teased, keeping kind of close by his side because that meant she could keep her voice down. "How I'm gonna blow you until you see stars?"
... She'd missed him, okay?

Not just any old good girl, but his. That part was significant.

It made her smirk that much harder. And pleased.
"I think that's for you to tell me."

no subject
Quite the contrary.
"How do I start?"
no subject
"I'll give you a choice," he decided magnanimously. "When we get into your apartment, you can either drop to your knees...or put your hands against the wall and spread your legs."
no subject
Also she maybe stole a quick kiss of her own.
"Yes, Hya," she murmured.
no subject
Spoiler alert: he would.

Xanthippe made an ever-so-slightly needy noise in the back of her throat, then tugged him back into moving becaus they were practically to the entrance to the building and they still had a long elevator ride to somehow survive, too. "Now come on."
